Aqualane Shores, also known as “the friendliest neighborhood in Naples” was one of the earliest developed neighborhoods in Naples around 1949, which is the year Naples became an official city.
Olde Naples is also known as “Downtown Naples” and stretches north from 3rd Street South, along Gulf Shore Blvd, west of US41, up to 7th Ave N. Its streets have an idyllic vibe, filled with mature palms, mahogany trees, tropical landscaping, and a traditional mix of new and old homes.
Park Shore is a luxury waterfront community which was established in the late 1960’s and is centrally located between Pelican Bay and the Moorings, west of US41. It is a non-gated, and non-HOA community, although many of the high-rises along the beach have their own security (gate) and governed HOA.
Coquina Sands is a unique neighborhood just North of Olde Naples, which consists of approx. 230 single family homes and over 650 boutique condos and multi family units.
Royal Harbor is located just across Port Royal and Aqualane Shores, along the Naples Bay. This is a perfect community for boaters who want to own a single-family home in a non-HOA community with a boat in their backyard, and stay under $5 Million.
Pelican Bay is said to be “one of the best places to live in Florida”. A friendly and social community west of US41, between Vanderbilt Beach and Park Shore. Famous for its beautiful & luxurious single-family homes, villas, condos, mid-rises and high rises with Gulf of Mexico views.
